The Action Report displays all the Ratings and Assessments obtained from the Assessee and Reporting Officer for each selected Action.
STEP 1: To view the Action Report, go to Reports > Action Report.
STEP 2: Click 'Preview'.
The Action Report also includes an Action Report chart, displaying the various Ratings obtained from the Assessee and Reporting Officer for each selected Action.
