Review of Elements

The reporting officer or assessee may review the assessment once the Assessment phase is completed. Review the assessment by running the ‘complete booklet’ report, or going through each of the element tabs to review the comments and ratings against one another.

Reviewing the assessment is generally done by the assessee and reporting officer together, so that appropriate discussions on differences are determined.

Charts

In addition to the provision of Ratings and Assessment comments, the system provides functionality to produce a chart which graphically compares the Ratings obtained from the Assessee and Reporting Officers.
